What data we collect

We only collect the data you send us through the contact form: first and last name, email, phone (optional), website, company name, type of business, monthly ad budget, the platforms you are interested in, and your message. No account is needed and we never sell data.

How we use it

We use your data to reply to your inquiry, hold the first call and send you a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who processes the data with us

• Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, spam protection (Turnstile) and email forwarding.
• Google LLC (Gmail): receiving and storing inquiry emails.

These providers may process data outside the EU, including in the United States. Transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

If we don't start working together, we delete your inquiry within 12 months of our last contact. If you become a client, we keep your data for the length of the contract and as long as the law requires, for example for accounting.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection may use technical data and strictly necessary cookies only to check that a person is filling in the form. If we add analytics or ad pixels in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last change.
